Stacie and myself go back along time, making friends when we were only 5 year old. So obviously I was thrilled  to be asked to photograph some portraits for her debut cookery book- Stacie Bakes, which will hit the shelves March.

We started off shooting in my studio in Sunderland before hitting the beach, we chose the spot as she spends a lot of time here dreaming of recipes and walking her beloved scotty dog Percy . We finished off by  grabbing a cuppa at the iconic Louis coffee shop, using it as a retro backdrop. There we met up with journalist Katy Wheeler from the Sunderland Echo to chat about another amazing event to happen in Stacies life. She is also the one to watch this year as  she is going to be a judge on Simon Cowell’s Production Food Glorious Food. Exciting stuff!!
